Hey guys, just wanna ask,
do most people serving NS wear normal underwears or boxers?
I do not want to be the odd one...
And also if u're wearing boxer & doing physical training, wouldnt it feels uncomfortable as u're as if wearing a shorts under a pant..

Just get the cheapest box of undies you can find...its going to get wet, muddy and dirty at the end of the day if you are on the combat side. Also lessen the chance of someone stealing them...yes, there are perverts out there.

well, actually im more concern about the comfort level..

for instance, if i were to wear boxer during training, would it cause discomfort or hindrance to the exercise? I was imagining doing crunches (or similar exercise) wearing shorts & boxer.. wouldnt it be.. obscene? Lol..

Any guys out there who couldnt pass NAPFA but skipped the PTP because u got someone to take NAPFA on ur behalf? If yes, or if u know anyone who done so, is it survivable in BMT? As supposedly ure capability is not there..

Oh! & one more question, can i bring mp3 during BMT? FYI, inside full of downloaded (pirated) songs.. Lol..

Kinda long.. sorry for the length.. Lol.. Thanks fellow stompers

strongly advise against wearing boxers during SOC...
but other then that, anything is fine...
a fren got bitten by a mosquito down there back during field camp while in his boxers digging for a fresh change of clothes...

What's wrong with wearing boxer during SOC? What happened? Uncomfortable or what?

When you're shagged out from the trainings, you won't even care what you're wearing.

.......And you wun care avt wat OTHERs r wearing too :D

I wore white tighty whiteys, and i got them stained with sweat, but try as i might, i couldnt get the stains off.... I must have a particularly potent strain of sweat then :o

if you have no idea on the difference between a boxer and briefs, then i'd suggest you to go back to the drawing board. for pete's sake, even the gals know the different functions of a bikini, sports bra, lingerie and so on. ok, i'll explain...

boxer - for comfort in non-vigorous activities. like sleep, home wear.

briefs - for compact usage. like going for runs, exercises, cycling and so on.

for normal wear like going out shopping, movies, eating and so on, it's up to individual. there is nothing cool or uncool about boxers or briefs. it's just the application to different situations. you dun wear slippers to go jogging do you?

wats the point of bringing boxers when you can wear PT shorts without underwear will do.

Go get breifs n bicycle tights. breifs for normal activities eg pt.. bicycle tights for route marches n field camp to prevent abrasion..

boxers... forget it la
