I know this don't restrict to just the army but well i've personally seen so many army personnels no matter from the lowest to the highest rank who only know how to say yes sir yes sir. This is especially so for those wannabes, those trying to get to the higher rank trying to curry flavour up example cpts or majors for officers, seond sgts first sgts that kinda cause they are in the critical moment of their careers. Personally i feel that these people pose a serious danger to the rest of us. Especially for officers who wants to present a nice pictures to the higher ups but when the system is not really there yet. In the event of a war if the system fails us and the beautiful picture they painted is shown its truth face, its consequences are too extreme for us to bear because it translates into human lives lose due to these people. Is there anyway we can change this?

Not sure how but from what I see, we are already one of the most "smartest" troops around. Everything also must question. Why huh? Isit? Mai la!~! Can don't do anot.

We are just not taught to only reply "Sir Yes Sir" to every single question. ;)

army is about sucking up. Your superiors may tell u something u don't like, but what can u do? As they always say, "L L suck thumb". Just close your eyes, suck up, and let the 2 years pass. Once it's over, open your eyes again, and u can curse them all u want. :)

No my friends… people that ask too must pose more treats… as the rest of people need more time to explain to them.

No sure if we can ask for time-out from non-friendly forces?

Apple polishing.

But of course, such things must always take place. Just that it seems to occur more often in the army due to the obvious hierarchy. But truthfully if you want to get far in life not only do you have to be a 'yes sir' person you also have to praise your 'sir' till the sky. BTW, dumb people dont do that, smart people do that. Dont care about ethics, they barely exist in the army. hahaz

"yes sir" = acknowledgement for an instruction/response

i mean giving a positive respond when u noe something is bad its not sensitive or what it is a fact for example SAR21 is heavier then m16 but when the guy ask is it lighter he will just say yes sir yes sir just to please the higher ups thats what i meant.

my uncle taught me this saying: yes sir yes sir 2 bags full. i'l nvr forget tt.

anyway these type of ppl who like 2 suck up n carry other ppl's balls i've seen alot of them in my camp. they are mostly regulars who have this cannot make it type of personality. they are nobodies trying 2 act like somebody. 4 me i just ignore them.

I have a saying, in the army, for these so-called "nobodies trying 2 act like somebodies", they are called Small FUUCKS masquerading as Big FUUCKS :D

And if they are already Big FUUCKS, then we say "BIG FUUCKS masquerading as BIGGER FUUCKs" :D

(Btw, u guys shd know why I use double "U"s)... damn censorship

"yes sir" = curry flavouring??

Are ppl getting too sensitive or what?
