Default Is this an act of vandalism?

This email was received via 75557@stomp.com.sg

Is this considered as an act of vandalism? Locksmiths paste stickers all over the front doors/ stairways/ along the corridors/ lifts/ letterbox. It looks so unsightly even if I try to peel the stickers off. And there seems to be a competition among the locksmiths. You can see a different coloured sticker every now and then, where you have competitors pasting their stickers over the rivals' stickers.

Is this legal? Is this considered vandalism? Can I report this to the police?

Something needs to be done about these supposed locksmiths advertising their
24 hour services at HDB blocks! They are vandalising both public and private
property by pasting labels with their contact numbers all over the place.
Doorbells are one of their favourite spots. As soon as you remove one label,
another one will appear overnight. This photo was taken in Tampines but I
believe it is a problem island-wide. It is just as bad as the junk pieces of
paper you find stuffed under the door or between the door grilles everyday.
Those featured on the labels or flyers should be charged with littering
and/or vandalism.

But is it a offense to paste stickers there?

I dont think there's any law indicating that "locksmiths couldnt paste stickers anywhere they like"

I think its such an irrate to see such acts of vandalsim even in private property

Good and Bad....

Bad it mess up the place.
Because of competition .
Competitors will stick their stickers over the existing one .
