CashFlow workshop in Local Uni
Hi, has anyone heard of Cashflow workshop organise by local uni such as NTU & NUS?
Beware, the organisers of the workshops are from Avita (MLM company). They are out to scam ppl into falling prey to pyramid scams. This pyramid scams always scam $$$ in very huge amt(5fig amt in S$).
The organisers might have claiming themselves as enterpreneurs, but actual facts they make use of school to lurk inexperience ppl like students.
Pls inform school committee if seen any such workshops.

I played cashflow before. It is really educational. I believe it worth paying $10 for a game, because a game usually last hours. You play at settlers also around the same.
However, if they request you to go attend a workshop and pay like a few digit figures.... its stupid man... might as well pick a self-help book off the shelf and do some discuss on forums.

Oh that would be interesting to hear that local universities allowing mlm companies to conduct workshops for their students. And I think it is well worth the $10 to attend this cashflow workshop, since our education system has all along focused on academic development. Some financial knowledge gained would be invaluable. But if they have workshops that require u to fork out large sums of money, it is worth finding out the credibility of the association involved and the value that you will gain.

Beware of MLM/Pyramid scam
I strongly agree cashflow workshop is a good financial education. Be careful if they try to invite you to MLM/pyramid scam seminars after the workshops. Don't go to such seminars.
Schools/Uni still do not know they are MLM/pyramid scams. That is why they still able to use cashflow workshop as a lurk to mlms.
NLB(National Library Board)still do not know about such organisation hold survey without Library's approval. They are once being chase away by security guards from national library. They even did survey at NTU,NUS & SMU without approval.
If anyone seen such ppl doing survey, pls verify with NLB,NTU,NUS or SMU. NLB will put up poster in the library if NLB organise/support such event. Did you see any cashflow poster/advertisement on these workshops?

I've heard of such workshop being offered to my school. But apparently, I think there was a registration fee attached or something, and hence the feedback for the workshop wasn't really that good.

Don you feel anything fishy if such workshop is held in school wihout much students or lecturers know about it?
The best way to know the truth is inform your school about this. They should really investigate or spy into such activities.
