Guest complaining, I want my usual room!!! I always get it when I come here!!!

Guest Relations says, Ok sir, I will try to get it prepared for you but do have a coffe on us while we do it. Actually, we had a suite prepared for you but you prefer your own room.

Irate Customer Is a Customer Service rate to all customer services excellence towards them..

so they will come back evenually

You have to calm the person down. Ask him/her where the problem lies. If that perosn scolds you are any other collegues of the bad service etc..... do not scold her back otherwise the situation might get worse. Just apologise on your collegue's behalf. If you work in a restaurant, you may want to offer him/her a free dessert or any signature dish that your restuarant offers. In public if you make someone angry, for example the food that you are carrying toppled on the person's shirt just say sorry, offer her a tissue paper and "walk" away. The person cannot do anything to you, but if you argue on who bumb into who the situation will get from bad to worse. For anyhing you do that makes people angry, it is either you think twice before doing it or apologise to that person and walk away.

i agree with hellpone

cool down the person is the 1 step but some ppl they juz wan to be disturb ppl.. But juz think back, no better wat is the topic, u r juz irritating a person the is reprsenting the company to let u scold.. even u scold until no voice or how angry r u.. u r stll complaining to a small staff of a being post manager..
so must well talk nicely to ppl.. customer service staff will have a peace life..
