Amazing Race Is So Secretive

I happened to be in Macau going back to Hong Kong on 14 Dec and I saw the Amazing Race teams there. It was obvious because the camera men were rushing to film the teams buying the ferry tickets. I recognised one of the pairs (Danny or Oswald I think) from Season 2 but he was partnering with another guy. And when I boarded the ferry, Phil was seated behind me. I casually joked, "oh so the AR teams are here huh?". He just smiled. When I asked if I could take a pic with him, he said "I'll be in deep trouble if I do that!".

So just wait for the next special season's telecast.

well for reality shows like survivor/amazing race they have tons of confidentiality stuff to sign etc, and heck the contestants are technically not even allowed to reveal anything to family after filming and before airing

n u also got to talk to phil keogan himself... really envy... he is one of my favourite hosts alongside jeff probst... even my hp ringtone also TAR theme haha... if I had a license i wld have tried for TARA...

It's like that one. They usually have to sign lots of stuff and contract so they won't blab anything. But anyways, will watch out for the special season telecast. Lucky you.

Hey, it's serious. If you photograph Phil, you are breaking one of the terms in his secrecy contract. Dunno which one, but I think it the picture will show a location in the race.......

Secretive= Suspense from audience= More ppl tuning in= More money.
